Lancaster Auto & Tire

Very unprofessional. Booked an appointment for 5pm and was canceled at 415 while on the way there. Was told it’s because someone has a birthday. Tried to reschedule for the next day and was told no because “why would they call multiple people to accommodate me when they can just move me to another time and date .” Customer service is terrible. Any company who doesn’t value customers and just has a smart remark for any question asked is a pass in my book.

After searching many places to fix my Tesla car, I finally and fortunately found Lancaster Auto & Tire. Not many places fix Teslas and even if they do, they tend to overcharge a lot, but Lancaster Auto & Tire gave me a very reasonable and affordable price. Within a week, Luis and his team fixed up all the dents and scratches completely and then repainted it so that it now looks like a brand new car! They kept me updated the whole time on how everything was going, sharing photos and explanations of the whole repair process. They also found another scratch that was not related to the accident and fixed that for me as well. Everyone there is very kind, knowledgeable, and talented at wha…

I needed work on a used car I’d just bought. They got me in immediately, fixed the car, and were polite and friendly the whole time. I would highly recommend.

I needed an oil change right away. When I called, I recieved prompt and courteous service. I inquired about the difference in oil services and was informed by a very knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend this business for car care.

My father and I really trust this shop. The guys are all knowledgeable, honest, and give you their professional opinion instead of pushing to make a sale. We’ve been going here for normal maintenance for my Mazda 3 and my dad’s GLS which have been doing well. Prices are more than reasonable, we feel welcome, and you can question any of the knowledgeable workers. Recently, we noticed the GLS was having tough downshifts and jerks from 1-2, and were recommended a Transmission Flush & Refill instead of Benz’s recommendation to rebuild the transmission (120k mile service). Lancaster took care of us!
