NEW AGE MOBILE MECHANIC LLC

Juan is not just a mechanic, he has become a family friend. His level of customer service, is indeed a New Age! I am so thankful to have met him and know we now have a family mechanic for life. Thank you Juan, for your kindness and expertise. We are lucky to have you supporting our family! The Chaves Family.

Juan did an incredible job helping out a friend and I fix a car. He installed a new alternator we had already bought for our car. He was super responsive and skillful in his work. With the speed and accuracy he has, he was done within an hour or so. He even provided information on other parts that needed fixing along with some pointers on maintaining the car. While my friend and I watched, he showed us how to do it and explained it all as well, allowing us to follow along and learn. I would totally recommend Juan to anyone who needs something fixed or installed on their car.

When every other mobile mechanic gave me the run around about an appointment, Juan immediately responded to me and came out the same day to diagnose my car. He was very kind, intuitive, and explained in great detail what the issue was. I appreciate that he also broke down the cost in detail for me. He’s a great conversationalist as well, and I felt very comfortable talking to him. I appreciate this especially as a woman who has been belittled by male mechanics before or spoken to like I wouldn’t understand even the simplest of terms. Juan helped me understand and learn more about my car, and for that I am incredibly grateful. Juan will continue to be my local “car guy” from here on out, and …

I am very grateful for the work New Age Mobile Mechanic did on my son’s truck. Juan is very skilled and knowledgeable as a mechanic. He is honest and works with integrity. His prices are very reasonable and he comes out to your home to access the situation. My son is attending school in Orlando while I am in Miami and his truck left him stranded. We were told exactly what the truck needed replaced and when it could be fixed. I am very happy with the work and communication via videos and phone calls as to the progress of the work. I highly recommend New Age Mobile Mechanic to anyone in the Orlando area. Juan went above and beyond in customer care. A rare find.

Juan showed up at my place within 24 hours of my initial phone call. He took PHENOMENAL care of my car. He was polite, incredibly knowledgeable, and his entire customer service was absolutely spectacular. There are many ways you can get ripped off with auto repairs, that WILL NOT happen with Juan. This guy does good business, he's honest, and he's dependable. He even explains what he's doing and what still needs to be done. He never changes his price once it's been quoted. You heard it here first - you don't need to contact any other mechanic. Juan is the guy you want, no questions asked. If you need top-notch service, call him now! 10/10!
