USA Auto Collision & Glass did a great job on my car repair. I worked with Robert, and he was so helpful in explaining everything to me and making sure everything got taken care of. He called every Tuesday and Thursday to provide an update, which led to excellent communication! I always felt like I knew what was happening to my car and when. I like that this company is certified to do several different brand repairs.

I was referred to this location by my Ram dealer. When I first met with Darren, he explained the process and I knew I was at the right place. Darren kept me informed, gave me updates periodicaly and was always available when I needed to reach out. Not only Darren is cool, he shows profesionalism and has a lot of knoledge. He goes above and beyond to help the costumer. I definetly give this place and Darren a 5 star for my experience and service. I will definetly come back when I need to. Thank you Darren!!!!

I am a return customer, and once again these people are just fantastic. My truck, a Ford F-150 with only 17K miles, was broken into; as a result I had a broken door handle, a broken rear window, a dent on the door sill, and many scratches. These photos don't make justice to the great job they did. My truck was restored to new! It is like if nothing had happened. These guys are true professionals and very honest. I hope nothing happens to me again, but if it does, I will rely on US Auto Collision again. Thanks!

Had my car there for almost 6 months due to insurance issue. The actual body repair was good but when I picked up the car the center console was damaged. They fixed it acted like it was already damaged which was not. I also noticed the infotainment screen is broken you can see in the picture. The top of the car is also flaky which wasn’t before. Unfortunately the car was given back in a way worse condition than before the damage. Due to frame damage and poor repair the trunk also doesn’t close/open right anymore. After almost 6 months I wish I had taken somewhere else.

Everything from customer service to quality craftsmanship, this place has it all. Manny was polite and professional, as well as informative at every step of the process. I brought my Soul Red Metallic Mazda in after it had taken some damage on the hood and front end, and although this is a difficult paint color, USA knocked it out of the park and made my car look like it just rolled out of the factory. I highly recommend this company if you want your damaged car to look like new again!
