Disappointed in Service Experience and Excessive Part Markup – Toyota of Orlando I recently visited the Toyota of Orlando service department, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. My 4Runner’s SRS airbag light came on after I used a Toyota DIY A/C refresh kit. I brought the vehicle in, and the service team suggested that moisture may have damaged the airbag ECU module — which I accept could be possible. What I found troubling was the quote for the replacement ECU part: $772, despite the fact that Toyota’s own website lists the MSRP at only $361. This Toyota dealership service center is an absolute joke. My partner and I have been here twice, both times we called ahead to make sure that they had a specific part in stock. The individual on the other end said yes, we have this part in stock. We drove 40 minutes to purchase said part, the individual at the counter stated that they, in fact, do NOT have said part. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We have wasted time and gas to get to this place to have them state that they do not have said part in stock twice. The previous time was for radiator fluid, more specifically the pink long lasting coolant, we had also called to make sure that they had it in stock, and when …

The service department at Toyota of Orlando on Vinland has the best customer service I have ever seen. The communication through text was on point. The waiting room was nice and comfortable. I will be back for all my services.

Julio, Hugo, and Erick went above and beyond and helped explain everything to me exactly how I needed it explained! I genuinely did not come in to buy a car and you three really made a difference.

They're pretty quick in servicing the vehicle consider he size of this dealership and the waiting area is very comfortable. Bring a tablet or something to watch a movie while waiting. The coffee shop is open for cafe and snacks while you wait til 8PM on weekdays and 6PM weekends. Prices are available on line so you don't get surprised. John Wells was a great service advisor and funny😄. Will ask for him again next time.
