This Toyota dealership service center is an absolute joke. My partner and I have been here twice, both times we called ahead to make sure that they had a specific part in stock. The individual on the other end said yes, we have this part in stock. We drove 40 minutes to purchase said part, the individual at the counter stated that they, in fact, do NOT have said part. The service department at Toyota of Orlando on Vinland has the best customer service I have ever seen. The communication through text was on point. The waiting room was nice and comfortable. I will be back for all my services.

They're pretty quick in servicing the vehicle consider he size of this dealership and the waiting area is very comfortable. Bring a tablet or something to watch a movie while waiting. The coffee shop is open for cafe and snacks while you wait til 8PM on weekdays and 6PM weekends. Prices are available on line so you don't get surprised.
