Riker's Automotive & Tire

Visiting FL from NC had an issue with my wife's car, they were able to get in, verify the issue, and take care of it quickly and very reasonably priced. would 100 percent recommend to others. Great communication as well which is one of my priorities.

They were so helpful when I took my car in for an unexpected issue. They saw me the same day and were great with listening to my concerns. Definitely the best experience I’ve had visiting any tire service company! Thank you for your help! ☺️

My car overheated as we were pulling off on our exit for a weekend getaway to Orlando. I don’t live in the area, so I had my vehicle towed to the closest AAA recommended location. I’m so glad I did. My car is older and the agent at Riker’s was very upfront about the issue they found, the cost to fix, and unknown complications that they could not check for until solving the immediate problem. I felt very well informed to make a decision on repair or replace. Our trip was still going on as planned so even though work was completed they held onto my car an extra day so I didn’t have to cut our visit to the parks short to pick up. These guys are an outstanding shop with highly professional, kind, and expert staff. While on vacation and getting ready to drive 1700 miles, my parking brake was stuck and not release. Tickets had the car repaired and me back on the road in about an hour. Very reasonable price, terrific customer lounge to wait in, and the staff were the nicest people. Rulers gets my highest rating!! Thank you!

I was on a short Easter weekend getaway when I had my SUV stall on the highway. I managed to get it started back up and looked for mechanic near my hotel. Not only was I a few hours away from home I didn't know any mechanic in the area. I took my car in on Saturday morning and John was able to get my car repaired before the day was over. My checkout was on Sunday and I was worried I would be stuck there until Monday. The cost was also reasonable for the type of work I needed done. Great customer service and I was able to get back home safely.
