Crash Champions Collision Repair Kingspointe Pkwy

I was truly satisfied with the repair work done to my Mazda3, especially the paint application. Mazda's Soul Red Crystal paint is striking and a $500 upcharge because of an involved three layer painting process. So I had concerns about getting a paint match. But Crash Champions did a stellar job with the paint application, as well as the underlying repair work. They completed the work four days ahead of the estimated completion date, and I received periodic text updates on the progress of the job. The staff is very friendly and competent. They seamlessly coordinated with my insurance (I am SO happy they were the shop recommended by USAA). I highly recommend them to anyone with a be…

My brand new car had 450 miles on it and I was struck by a hit and run driver who ran a red light. Thank goodness my insurance gave me the option of taking it to Crash Champions on Kingspointe Parkway in Orlando. This is NOT your typical "body shop". This is amazing I can’t believe it, I totaled my car and I knew where to go, Crash Champions. Amazing service and fixed my car in approximately 9 days. And especially at a very good price. And had enough money to waste at the mall. SUPER DUPER recommended!!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a collision center. Always great at communication and they did a high quality and efficient job with my vehicle. Fast turnaround. They also helped me deal with the insurance company and got the best outcome for me. I will always give them my business!!! Great great company!!! A special thanks to Elizabeth who helped me tremendously with my vehicle repair!!!

I recently had my car repaired at Crash Champions and overall, I’m very satisfied with the service. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, the staff was professional, communicative, and courteous. They provided a clear estimate of the repairs and walked me through the process, which really helped ease the stress of dealing with an accident. The repair work itself was excellent—my car looks like new again. They used quality parts and paid attention to the details, both inside and out. The repair was completed on time, and I was kept updated throughout the process via phone and text, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They even h…
